COMERXO One
Privacy policy
Last updated: October 2, 2026
Who we are
COMERXO One is a product of 2LABS Digital Innovation LLC (“we”), the controller of the personal data collected on comerxo.one. This policy explains what data we collect, what we use it for, who we share it with and what rights you have. For any privacy matter, write to us at info@comerxo.com.
It does not cover the private portal app.comerxo.one, which is a separate service.
What data we collect
When you request access through the “Request access” form, we collect the data you type in:
- first and last name;
- company name;
- email address;
- sector and role;
- categories, brands or channels you want to monitor (free text).
In addition, using the site generates the following data:
- Technical connection data (such as your IP address and browser type), which the hosting provider processes to serve the pages.
- Anti-abuse counters: to stop automated submissions, the form counts attempts by IP address and by email address. They are stored as fingerprints (hashes), in temporary files on the server, and are not part of the backup of requests.
- Google reCAPTCHA v3, which tells people apart from bots. It loads only when you start filling in the form. Google receives information about your browser and device (including your IP address) and may set cookies; it analyzes this to decide whether the submission is legitimate.
- Google Analytics 4, for usage statistics, only if you accept it in the cookie notice: pages viewed, where the visit came from (including the UTM parameters of the link you arrived from), device type and three specific actions: submitting the access request, going to log in and opening the demo. If you do not accept, nothing is loaded or collected. If you accept, the UTM parameters are also kept temporarily in your browser (session storage) for the length of your visit.
- Your cookie choice is stored in your browser’s local storage, only to remember it. You can change it at any time from “Cookie preferences”, in the footer of the page.
What we use your data for, and on what basis
- To assess your request, activate your account and contact you, and to send you an automatic acknowledgement by email. Basis: taking steps at your request before a business relationship, and our legitimate interest in replying to companies that contact us.
- To protect the form against spam and abuse (counters and reCAPTCHA). Basis: our legitimate interest in the security of the site.
- To measure and improve the use of the site, with aggregated data (Google Analytics). Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to make automated decisions that have legal effects on you.
Who we share it with
Only with providers that deliver the services needed to run the site and that process the data on our behalf:
- Hostinger, which hosts the site and keeps a backup of the requests submitted.
- Resend, which sends the automatic emails: the internal notice of the request and the acknowledgement.
- Microsoft 365, where we receive the corporate email containing the requests.
- Google (Analytics and reCAPTCHA), for statistics and protection against abuse.
We do not share it with third parties unrelated to providing the service, unless a competent authority requires it under the law.
International transfers
Some of these providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. When that happens, we rely on the transfer mechanisms recognized by applicable law and offered by the providers themselves, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep the data from your request for as long as needed to handle it and for any business relationship that may follow. If it does not lead to a business relationship, the backup of your request on our server is deleted automatically after 24 months, and we apply the same criterion to the copies we receive by email. If there is a business relationship, we keep the data for as long as it lasts and afterwards only for the periods the law requires. You can ask us to delete it sooner, at any time. The anti-abuse counters are temporary. Google Analytics, if you accept it, keeps its data for the retention period configured in our account (2 months for events and 14 months for user data).
Cookies and similar technologies
This site does not set its own cookies. Google services may store theirs in your browser (the Analytics ones, only if you accept them):
- Google Analytics (only with your consent):
_gaand_ga_*, to tell visits and sessions apart; they typically last up to two years. - reCAPTCHA:
_GRECAPTCHA, for its security analysis.
You can reject them or withdraw your consent from “Cookie preferences”, or block and delete them in your browser settings. Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA are governed by Google’s privacy policy and terms of service.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your personal data, for its correction or deletion, for restriction of its processing, or for its portability, object to its processing and withdraw your consent where consent is the basis, by writing to info@comerxo.com. We will reply within the period set by the law that applies in your country (in the European Union, one month at most). If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country (for example, the ANPD in Brazil or the competent authority of your Member State in the European Union).
Minors
The site is aimed at companies and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change it, we will publish the updated version on this same page, with its revision date.
